The heroes look on in horror as the terrible lizard turns toward Areya, spitting out a helmet and hammer as the only remains of the dwarf! Joren is easily gobbled up by the creature, while Lorec fills it with arrows and Melora uses her remaining offensive spells to weaken the Rexasaurus! Turning its hungry gaze on the cleric next, Lorec launches his remaining arrows in a valiant attempt to force the charging monster to change targets! Summoning all of her strength, the mage calls forth a giant spider that attacks with such ferocity it causes the weakened beast to release Areya from its jaws!
